Krista, a long-time friend of Mikaelah's, is getting married next weekend and wanted us to create a "Thank You" banner to coordinate with her wedding colors. Well, we love pink, so this one was a lot of fun for us to put together!
We've started using a thicker card stock to create these, which makes for a studier and more durable banner. Also love the extra ribbon and second layer of tulle, as seen above after the "K."
So what are we up to now? Well, Mikaelah is, of course, busy at the beauty shop! I'm gearing up for some freelance writing assignments for eWoman Magazine and the Evansville Courier & Press. But as far as Banana Lala goes, we never stop creating. Fundraisers, weddings and birthdays are on our agenda. (And some really, really fun ones, too!)
One thing we're really excited to be working on is a new "Love Birds" banner for wedding and engagement photos. We're working with some adorably sweet materials, and we can't wait to be able to share it with everyone!
